This is very unfortunate. I’d like to know exactly how you ended up on the wrong property. One of the rates in the booklet is $160 per night. We don’t charge an extra tax for occupancy of a single room. The owners and I are aware that their rates may be mis-priced, so I’m willing to discuss this. Since we’re dealing with two numbers, it’s hard to know where the problem is. You do have a valid number, however, so please call me at 713-527-4243 to discuss.

Stayed on property which was as advertised. Quiet and nice. Would go back for the price and no extra charge for single occupancy. Room was very comfortable and had a/c, refrigerator and tv. Staff very friendly.
