MYSQL – Return rows from 1 table with matching rows from another table
I am not familiar with SQL and I’ve been trying to find the answer to this for a few hours now.
My goal is to take rows from table_1 and match those rows to rows from table_2 where the ID, document_id, and data_id values match. In the second table_2 there are multiple rows with the same data_id. I only want to return one row from the second table_2 with the matching rows from the first table_1.
I’ve researched and can’t find a specific example of what I am trying to do.
EDIT: To illustrate better, take this example.
Table_1:

I want to return all the rows from Table_2 and only the row where ID_1 is 3. All the rows from Table_1 with an ID of 3 would match a row in Table_2 with an ID of 3.
I hope that makes it more clear.
