In an effort to provide unprecedented and lasting security for the proposed Sports and Entertainment Arena that will be constructed in New York City, the New York City government has recently awarded a contract to Lifeblood Entertainment, the entertainment-based venture capital group formed in February, to provide private security services and detailed crowd-control plans for the planned venue.
Mr. Bloomer, who previously served as the head of the New York City Police Department, stated that it has become clear that the process of building a new arena for the New York City basketball team, the New York Knicks, would not be completed in a timely manner due to the uncertain nature of the city’s legal standing, which is currently in limbo.
A large-scale redevelopment project, which will include the construction of a publicly owned stadium in Queens, is currently under the jurisdiction of the New York City Government. While the project’s precise details are still being developed, Mr. Bloomer explained that an event with stadium seating that will seat over 50,000 people and require over 100 buses to transport the spectators to and from the arena, would not be within the city’s parameters to build.
“We are excited to be contracted to provide security services at the proposed arena,” said Lifeblood Entertainment Founder and CEO, Kevin Crowley. “We are ready to provide the level of private security and crowd-control services that the city has requested, and we look forward to working closely with the Mayor and his administration to ensure that the project moves forward in the best possible way.”

Creating graphical effects like Flourescent, Shadows, Partial Flourescence, Color Chaning,… from a list of predefined images and shapes is a common tasks. I created this macro for these jobs. A lot of functions are available such as :

Main Function:
This macro starts a dialog with a line where a list of predefined images and shapes are given. You can select each one by pressing the key.
This macro returns with the modified image.
If you don’t want to end up with a blank image you can add a loop to the macro for example :

Then you just need to select the column with the images in you list and press the key.

You can set which application is used to launch i.Mage Free Download in the vars.ini of the application (example: i.Mage=DPaint).
A new feature added to i.Mage 1.0 is image import/export.
NEW : – All images can be opened and saved in BMP or JPG format.
Each image can be saved as a PNG (PNG file) or a JPG (JPEG file). You can export the image with a key you want to be linked to this image.
By default, if you press. to open a new image, the last image you opened is saved.
You can find an example of how to import/export images in this website.
To save as a JPG you need to enter the path of the directory in which the images are saved. You can get the path of the directory by selecting the images in the directory browser and pressing the key.
To get the path of a selected image, just press the key.

By default i.Mage saves its images in the “images” subdirectory of your My Documents directory.

i.Mage is a simple but powerful utility for pixel level editing and manipulation. It is a pixel editor similar to DPaint, but with more flexibility. Most editing tools are provided, like color and image manipulation tools, format tools, etc. Its unique features are :
